What: Anisa will be sharing her knowledge about how the early years develops into middle childhood. Her focus will be on how movement and development are interconnected and how movement is the basis of learning. This discussion will be followed by a group bean bag activity and then a question and answer period.
Who: Anisa Yaeger is currently an independent educational consultant living in Duncan, BC. She specializes in bringing curative and movement therapies to educational settings. She has worked at the Sunrise Waldorf School as a kindergarten teacher and holds an Education and Arts degree from the University of Winnipeg, an ECE certificate from Northern Lights College, a Waldorf Early Childhood Certificate from the West Coast Institute, and has completed the HEART Remedial training program at the Rudolf Steiner Centre in Toronto, ON.
